HANDY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

When you have purchased your property and are away from it there are always concerns that you will have. We can help by checking your property in you absence.

-We will visit twice a month at a cost of £95 for a period of 1 year.If there are more than 5 houses on site that sign up this price will reduce to £85 and if more than 10 it will reduce again to only £75.

-We will check both inside and outside, which includes checking doors, windows, shutters and alarms.

-We will make sure outbuildings are secure and damage free, make a visual check of gutters and down pipes for any damage or blockages. Interior:

-We will ensure there are no leaks.

-We will leave a tick sheet report after each visit, which will be dated, for you to see on your return.

Should repairs be required we will complete the work needed on your behalf and invoice you. Full written authorization is required before any work is undertaken, except in emergencies when necessary work will be carried out to minimize any damage, we will then ask for authorization to carry out further work.Houses must be fully insured, both earthquake and private.

***We must be notified of all key holders and are not responsible for the actions of other key holders.

	*BASIC CLEAN* We will clean and mop floors, dust all surfaces, wash terraces, make up beds… Price: -2 bed apartments under 80m2: 45ytl -3 bed apartment/duplex under 110m2: 50ytl -Villas/3storey properties under 150m2: 55ytl Over 150m2 a quote will be required. *FULL CLEAN* A full clean of your property as above including windows A 10ytl supplement will apply to above prices *SPRING CLEAN* If your property has been left over winter then you will need a spring clean in order for you to get it ready for the season. We will do a thorough clean including windows, balconies and terraces plus clean all garden furniture, sun loungers etc. *For prices we will need to see your property in order to give you a personalised service as all properties are different CONSTRUCTION CLEAN If you have purchased a property that is under construction then your property will need a thorough clean on completion, this will include removal of splashed paint, stickers on windows, builders dust, rubble etc. Completion Cleaning pack price: -2 bed apartments under 80m2: 100ytl -3 bed apartment/duplex under 120m2: 125ytl-Villas/3 storey properties under 160m2: 150ytl -Over 160m2 a quote will be required. *Please note that these prices are approximate, as all properties will need to be seen for a personalised quote, and are for Kusadasi and the surrounding areas. An additional supplement of 10ytl will apply to Davutlar and Guzelcamli areas.

	This will be tailor made to meet each sites particular requirements. Examples of services provided: * HANDY POOL MAINTENANCE * HANDY GARDENING * INSECTICIDE * MAINTENANCE * HANDY SECURITY/ 24 HOUR OR, DAY/NIGHT SECURITY The security guard would be fully qualified as Turkish law states. The site fees are to be paid in to a Handy Property Management/Site account, details to follow Payments must be made a minimum of 3 times a year, but can also be made either in one installment or in 2 installments every 6 months *HANDY POOL MAINTENANCE* Maintenance of pool for period 01 May until 31 October 2008 Supply of chemicals Daily maintenance of pool (pool to open daily at…… hrs) *Price available on request. HANDY GARDENING Mowing of grass and maintaining to a good standard Weeding and tidying of garden areas Watering of garden areas Price available on request. INSECTICIDE* Spraying of site once a month for mosquitos *Price available on request. HANDY MAINTENANCE Keep site clean and tidy Replace light bulbs for site lighting when required Price available on request. HANDY SECURITY* It is possible to have 24 hour security for this site, but this will be costly. However if the site agrees it is possible to have one site man who lives on site, takes care of gardens etc, does occasional patrols, has a visual presence and is there to assist with any problems that may arise. The site man/family is not permitted to carry out private work, no matter how small without prior consent from Handy Property Management. This is to protect the owners from unnecessary high prices and shoddy workmanship that has happened to other people on other sites. It is also to ensure that the site man has the time to carry out the duties he is paid to do. *Price available on request. * REGISTRATION OF PRESIDENT It is necessary for every site to elect a president for the site and this needs to be registered formally at the Notary This agreement will be covered by Turkish Law, failure to make payments or the execution of duties could result in legal proceedings.

	*HANDY WELCOME STARTER PACKS* When you first arrive it is always nice to have the basics in your home, tea, coffee, milk, water, wine, beer etc. All you need to do is send us a list and we will do the necessary. *Price available on request. HANDY CHANGE OVERS If you are intending to rent out your property then we can take care of the formalities: Full clean Wash and change towels, sheets, etc Make beds Wash down sunloungers etc Check the property before guests leave Hand over keys. Price available on request. HANDY TRANSFERS* We are able to arrange reliable and comfortable airport transfers. -Izmir – Kusadasi 55 minutes, £35 each way for up to 4 persons -Bodrum – Kusadasi 120 minutes, £45 each way for up to 4 persons ***Any other destinations prices are available on request.
